Ingredients
Fish
- 1 Fish fillet;
- 1 teaspoon of low sodium soy sauce;
- 1 teaspoon of lemon;
- ½ teaspoon of minced garlic;
- ½ teaspoon of paprika;
- A pinch of thyme;
- 1 tablespoon of Olive oil;
- Salt;
- Pepper;
Glaze
- 1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce;
- 4 tablespoon of water;
- ½ tablespoon of honey;
- 1 teaspoon of lemon;
- Sesame seeds (optional).
Directions
Fish
1. Put the fish on a plate and rub on the paprika, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper;2. Add the lemon and soy sauce and let it marinate for 15 minutes;
3. Oil a searing pan with olive oil and set it on medium heat;
4. Place the fish in the pan and let each side cook for about 2 minutes or until it is cooked;
5. Remove the fish from the pan and set it aside.
Glaze
1. Add water to the same pan and let it simmer;2. Now add the soy sauce, the lemon and the honey and let it thicken a bit;
3. Place the fish on the serving plate and pour the sauce over it;
4. Sprinkle on some sesame seeds and serve hot!
