Pork Samosas

Ingredients
Dough:
1 cup Flour;
1/4 cup Hot water;
Salt;
Vegetable oil.

Filling:
4 tbsp Diced onions;
125g Ground pork;
Parsley;
Meat seasoning of choice;
Garlic powder;
Olive oil;
Salt;
Pepper.

Glue:
Flour;
Water.

Preparation
Dough:
1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt together and then add water, little by little. You might need more
or less water, depending on the temperature in your kitchen.
2. Work the dough for about 5 minutes until it starts to become hard.
3. Cut the dough into 8 equal parts and make them into round balls.
4. Stretch these balls with a rolling pin into round circles (not too stretched).
5. Brush oil on 6 of the circles.
6. Make two stashes of 4 circles placed on top of each other, leaving the ones without any oil on
top.
7. Roll each stash out again to make a large rectangle 0.4mm in thickness (here, roll the top
once, turn the stash onto the bottom side, roll once, turn again onto the top side, roll once, and
keep repeating that process to ensure all 4 circles are rolled evenly).
8. Once both stashes are rolled, place a large skillet on medium low heat.
9. Put the dough on the skillet, let it almost start to get golden brown spots on the bottom and
turn.
10. Allow the same thing to happen on the other side.
11. Remove from heat and onto a plate.
12. Separate the dough, pulling very carefully one layer at a time (remember it is a stash of 4).
13. Cut your rectangular dough from the middle and put it away for now.

 Filling:
1. Sweat the onions in a small pan with olive oil on medium heat.
2. Add the meat, garlic powder, meat seasoning, salt and pepper.
3. Leave it on heat for 1-2min, take it off and add the parsley.

Glue:
1. Mix some flour with a bit of water to get a sticky consistency and set aside.
Assembly:
1. Roll one end of your rectangle dough into a cone and fill with the meat filling you set aside
earlier.
2. Close the other end very tight and seal with the glue.
3. Repeat this process with the rest of the materials.
4. Fry in hot oil and enjoy!

Note:
>You can definitely switch up the filling in these samosas to your own taste!
