Fried cookies- Gulabos



Ingredients
6 eggs;
3 tablespoons of baking powder;
50 grams of melted butter;
1 teaspoon of vanilla;
395 grams of condensed milk;
900 grams of all-purpose flour;
Oil to fry;

Additional ingredients
1 teacup of caster sugar;
2 teacups of water;
Grated coconut for sprinkling.



Preparation
The dough
  1. In a bowl put the eggs and condensed milk. Whisk it for 2 minutes;
  2. Add the butter with vanilla and mix. 
  3. Add 300 grams of all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix it well;
  4. Slowly add more flour and mix it with your hands. Keep mixing it until forms a soft dough. Do not add to much flour;
  5.  With the dough make some balls and reserve it;
  6. In a medium-low heat put a pan with oil. The oil should be enough for the dough to dip;
  7.  When the oil gets hot start frying the cookies until it has a gold color;
The syrup

  1. In a pan pour the water and the sugar. Whisk it and let it boil in a medium-low heat for 6 minutes;
  2. In a bowl put the grated coconut and reserve;
  3. Take your fried cookies and put one of them in the sugar syrup and after that in the coconut bowl to sprinkle;
  4. Repeat the same process with all of the fried cookies;
  5. Now you have your gulabos done. Serve it and enjoy!

Notes
> Make sure that all the balls from your dough has the same size. Consistence is always important;
> Do not fry too many cookies at the same time;
> Do not fry the cookies in a super hot oil because it will burn;
> The cookies should not be overcooked, just put it until gets the gold color;
> It is better to use the sugar syrup while it is still hot.

Teriyaki Pork Chops

Pork Samosas

Ingredients Dough: 1 cup Flour; 1/4 cup Hot water; Salt; Vegetable oil. Filling: 4 tbsp Diced onions; 125g Ground pork; Parsley; Meat seasoning of choice; Garlic powder; Olive oil; Salt; Pepper. Glue: Flour; Water. Preparation Dough: 1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt together and then add water, little by little.
