Ingredients
½ cup Rice
1 cup of water
1 tbsp Butter
1 clove Garlic
Thyme
½ small Onion (finely chopped)
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
1. On low heat, place a pan and melt a bit of butter.
2. Add the onion and thyme and leave it until the onion softens.
3. Add the rest of the butter and the garlic and stir for a few seconds.
4. Now add the rice and pour hot water into the pan. *
5. Let the rice cook, mix with a fork and serve!
Notes:
* Use the amount of water as described in your rice's cooking instructions.
