Ingredients
- 130 grams of butter;
- 130 grams of peanut butter;
- 1 teacup of caster sugar;
- Pinch of salt;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 teacups of all-purpose flour;
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 180⁰C and grease a metal tray with butter and all-purpose flour;
- In one bowl join the butter with the peanut butter and mix them for 2 minutes;
- Add caster sugar and a pinch of salt and mix it for 3 minutes;
- In a little bowl break the eggs and beat them. After that join these eggs to the mixture and beat it for 1 minute and a half;
- In another bowl join the flour with the baking powder making a dry mixture;
- Put the dry mixture into the main bowl and mix with you hand until it forms a soft cookie dough;
- Make some little circles with the dough and press it with a fork;
- Put it in a tray and let it in the oven for 15 minutes or until starts getting a gold color;
- Let it cool down and serve it!
