Peanut butter cookies








Prep time: 15 minutes   Cook time: 30 minutes   Total: 45 minutes  Servings: 3 dozens


Ingredients
  • 130 grams of butter;
  • 130 grams of peanut butter;
  • 1 teacup of caster sugar;
  •  Pinch of salt;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 teacups of all-purpose flour;
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

Preparation
  1.  Preheat the oven at 180⁰C and grease a metal tray with butter and all-purpose flour;
  2. In one bowl join the butter with the peanut butter and mix them for 2 minutes;
  3.  Add caster sugar and a pinch of salt and mix it for 3 minutes;
  4.  In a little bowl break the eggs and beat them. After that join these eggs to the mixture and beat it for 1 minute and a half;
  5.  In another bowl join the flour with the baking powder making a dry mixture;
  6.  Put the dry mixture into the main bowl and mix with you hand until it forms a soft cookie dough;
  7.  Make some little circles with the dough and press it with a fork;
  8.  Put it in a tray and let it in the oven for 15 minutes or until starts getting a gold color;
  9.  Let it cool down and serve it!

Ingredients Dough: 1 cup Water; 1 cup All- purpose flour; 1/2 tbsp Butter; 1 Lemon peel; Salt. Pork Samosas

Ingredients Dough: 1 cup Flour; 1/4 cup Hot water; Salt; Vegetable oil. Filling: 4 tbsp Diced onions; 125g Ground pork; Parsley; Meat seasoning of choice; Garlic powder; Olive oil; Salt; Pepper. Glue: Flour; Water. Preparation Dough: 1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt together and then add water, little by little. You might need more or less water, depending on the temperature in your kitchen. 2. Work the dough for about 5 minutes until it starts to become hard. 3. Cut the dough into 8 equal parts and make them into round balls. 4. Stretch these balls with a rolling pin into round circles (not too stretched). 5. Brush oil on 6 of the circles. 6. Make two stashes of 4 circles placed on top of each other, leaving the ones without any oil on top. 7.
