1 egg;
2 tablespoons of sugar;
½ teacup of milk;
1 teacup of all-purpose flour;
1 banana
1 teaspoon of baking powder;
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
Oil;
2 tablespoons of sugar;
2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder.
Preparation
- In a bowl put the egg and beat it. Add the sugar and do the same;
- In the same bowl pour all of the milk and whisk it. After that put the all-purpose flour and mix until gets homogeneous;
- Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, mix it and add the baking powder. Mix it slowly and for just 10 seconds;
- Dice the banana and add to your mixture but do not over mix.
- Heat some oil in low-medium level. With a teaspoon put the mixture and pour it in the pan with oil;
- You will see your cookies starting get in shape and have a golden color. Flip it and wait to cook;
- Put in a dish with paper to remove the excess of oil.
- In one little bowl mix 2 tablespoons of sugar with 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder. Put it in the little bowl to sprinkle;
- You can serve it hot or cold.
Note:
*Never Overmix the dough once you add baking powder;
** Make sure your oil is not too much hot because your cookies will burn;
*** Don't try to make very big cookies.
