Chickpea curry








Prep time: 7 minutes   Cook time: 28 minutes  Total: 35 minutes



Ingredients
1 teaspoon of cumin powder;
1 chopped onion;
½ teaspoon of pepper powder;
2 pieces of bay leaf;
2½ tablespoons of oil;
3 tablespoons of sliced green beans;
2 chopped sausages;
4 tablespoons of sliced chorizo;
1 sliced carrot;
2 small grated tomatoes;
1 teacup of chickpea;
1 broth cube;
3 tablespoons of cream;
½ teacup  of hot water;
½ teacup of milk;
Salt (optional).

Preparation


  1.  In one pan add oil, onion, bay leaves and pepper powder. Cook it on a medium heat and keep mixing with a wooden spoon until the onion gets slightly brown;
  2.  Add chourizo and sausages. Let it fry for 3 minutes while you mix;
  3. After that add the carrots and the green beans and mix for 1 minute;
  4. Pour into the pan your grated tomato and mix. Wait until it starts boiling;
  5. After 1 minute add the chickpea and cumin powder. Mix it again and let it cook for 3 minutes;
  6. In a cup put the water and add the broth cube to melt inside. Pour it into the pan, mix it and let it boil for 4 minutes.
  7. Check if the chickpea is cooked and after that add the milk and the cream. Mix and let it boil on a low heat. As an option add some salt;
  8. After 5 minutes the curry is done. You can serve it with white rice and some oregano on the top.

Ingredients Dough: 1 cup Water; 1 cup All- purpose flour; 1/2 tbsp Butter; 1 Lemon peel; Salt. Pork Samosas

Ingredients Dough: 1 cup Flour; 1/4 cup Hot water; Salt; Vegetable oil. Filling: 4 tbsp Diced onions; 125g Ground pork; Parsley; Meat seasoning of choice; Garlic powder; Olive oil; Salt; Pepper. Glue: Flour; Water. Preparation Dough: 1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt together and then add water, little by little. You might need more or less water, depending on the temperature in your kitchen. 2. Work the dough for about 5 minutes until it starts to become hard. 3. Cut the dough into 8 equal parts and make them into round balls. 4. Stretch these balls with a rolling pin into round circles (not too stretched). 5. Brush oil on 6 of the circles. 6.
