Ingredients
250g of butter;
250g of condensed milk;
2 eggs;
3.5 teacups of all-purpose flour;
1 tablespoon of baking powder;
2 tablespoons of custard powder;
5 tablespoons of greased coconut.
Preparation
- In one bowl put the butter in a room temperature and pour the condensed milk. Mix it until you get an homogeneous mixture;
- Put your eggs and mix;
- Add custard powder and the coconut. When you mix it you will see the dough getting a yellow color;
- Add your baking pour and mix just a little bit with a wooden spoon;
- Finally add flour and mix until you get a strong consistency. Knead with your hands, wrap the dough with a vegetal or sticky paper and reserve it in the fridge for at least 15 minutes;
- Make some little circles with the dough and press it with a fork;
- Put it in a tray and let it in the oven for 15 minutes or until starts getting a gold color;
- Let it cool down and serve it!
Notes:
*Do not add too much flour to your dough;
**You can mold the biscuits in a way that you like and as an option put chocolate chips, greased coconut or even sugar on the top.
