Ingredients
Glazed apples
1 Diced Apple;
1 tbsp Sugar;
1 tbsp Butter;
1 tbsp Water.
Eggy bread
2 Bread slices;
1 large Egg;
2 tbsp Milk;
½ tsp Cinnamon;
¼ tsp Nutmeg;
⅔ tbsp Sugar;
½ tbsp Butter;
Olive oil.
Preparation
Glazed apples
1. In a sauce pan over medium low heat, put the sugar until it starts to caramelize;
2. At this point, add your diced apple and stir;
3. Right after, add the butter, the water and stir;
4. Leave the pan on heat until the apple cooks.
Eggy bread
1. Mix all of the ingredients together - except for the butter (and bread) - and whisk;
2. Soak your bread slices in the egg mixture for only about 3 seconds on each side;
3. Get butter on a frying pan with a bit of olive oil and place your soaked bread slices on;
4. Let them brown on that side and flip;
5. Once they've browned on the other side remove from heat.

Assembly:
1. Pour the apples onto the bread.
2. Garnish with mint leaves, dust some powdered sugar on if desired and serve!
