Chocolate Chips Cupcakes

























Prep time: 20 minutes      Cook time: 20 minutes                      Total: 40 minutes                         Servings: 16 units



Ingredients
Cupcakes:
200 grams of butter
250 grams of all-purpose flour
100 ml of milk
3 eggs
1 teacup of caster sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
4 tablespoons of greased coconut
3 tablespoons of chocolate chips


Frosting:
1 tablespoon of Nutella
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
125 grams of butter in a room temperature
130 grams of icing sugar
2 tablespoons of condensed milk (optional)


Preparation
Cupcakes

  1. Preheat your oven at 170⁰C;
  2. In one bowl add the sugar and butter. Mix it until it turns white-yellow color;
  3. Add eggs and mix for 3 minutes;
  4. Pour the milk and after mixing it well and put all-purpose flour. You will see your mixture with a smooth consistency;
  5. Add your chocolate, at the same time add the coconut and mix with a spoon or spatula;
  6. Put the baking powder and mix gently for 30 seconds;
  7. Pick some cupcake paper and them in a cupcake tin;
  8. With a tablespoon fill ¾ of the paper and put into the oven for almost 20 minutes or until you insert a knife and it comes out clean;
  9. Let them cool down and start doing your frosting.


Frosting
  1. With a food mixer mix the butter with the icing sugar and cocoa powder until it gets a heavy consistence, approximately 10 minutes;
  2. Add your Nutella and keep mixing for 5 minutes;
  3. Pour your condensed milk and beat for 3 minutes;
  4. Start frosting the cupcakes and use your imagination :) 

Notes:
*Before you start frosting your cupcakes make sure that they are cool.

Ingredients Dough: 1 cup Water; 1 cup All- purpose flour; 1/2 tbsp Butter; 1 Lemon peel; Salt. Pork Samosas

Ingredients Dough: 1 cup Flour; 1/4 cup Hot water; Salt; Vegetable oil. Filling: 4 tbsp Diced onions; 125g Ground pork; Parsley; Meat seasoning of choice; Garlic powder; Olive oil; Salt; Pepper. Glue: Flour; Water. Preparation Dough: 1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt together and then add water, little by little. You might need more or less water, depending on the temperature in your kitchen. 2. Work the dough for about 5 minutes until it starts to become hard. 3. Cut the dough into 8 equal parts and make them into round balls. 4. Stretch these balls with a rolling pin into round circles (not too stretched). 5. Brush oil on 6 of the circles. 6.
