Ingredients
Cupcakes:
200 grams of butter
250 grams of all-purpose flour
100 ml of milk
3 eggs
1 teacup of caster sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
4 tablespoons of greased coconut
3 tablespoons of chocolate chips
Frosting:
1 tablespoon of Nutella
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
125 grams of butter in a room temperature
130 grams of icing sugar
2 tablespoons of condensed milk (optional)
Preparation
Cupcakes
- Preheat your oven at 170⁰C;
- In one bowl add the sugar and butter. Mix it until it turns white-yellow color;
- Add eggs and mix for 3 minutes;
- Pour the milk and after mixing it well and put all-purpose flour. You will see your mixture with a smooth consistency;
- Add your chocolate, at the same time add the coconut and mix with a spoon or spatula;
- Put the baking powder and mix gently for 30 seconds;
- Pick some cupcake paper and them in a cupcake tin;
- With a tablespoon fill ¾ of the paper and put into the oven for almost 20 minutes or until you insert a knife and it comes out clean;
- Let them cool down and start doing your frosting.
Frosting
- With a food mixer mix the butter with the icing sugar and cocoa powder until it gets a heavy consistence, approximately 10 minutes;
- Add your Nutella and keep mixing for 5 minutes;
- Pour your condensed milk and beat for 3 minutes;
- Start frosting the cupcakes and use your imagination :)
Notes:
*Before you start frosting your cupcakes make sure that they are cool.
