Ingredients
1 medium chopped onion;
3 garlic cloves;
1 tablespoon of olive oil;
3 teacups of water;
2 tablespoons of oil;
100 g of chopped bacon;
100g of chopped mushrooms;
1 teacup of milk;
Greased cheese (optional);
200g of pasta penne;
½ teaspoon of nutmeg powder;
1 teaspoons of cumin powder;
75g of cashew nuts;
1 teaspoon of honey;
½ teaspoon of pepper powder;
Parsley;
Preparation
- In one pot put the water and let it boil with a pinch of salt and olive oil;
- Put your penne and mix it so that it cannot stick. Let it cook for 10 minutes and then take off the water;
- In a blender make a mixture of garlic, cashew nuts and after that pour the milk. Reserve it;
- In one pan put the oil, let it heat in a low-medium level;
- Add your chopped onion and fry for 3 minutes. Add bacon and also fry for 3 minutes;
- Join your mushrooms to the pan and mix it;
- After 2 minutes put your mixture of garlic, cashew nuts and milk. Let it cook for 4 minutes;
- Add honey, pepper powder, nutmeg, cumin and salt, mix it. Let it cook for 2 minutes and turn off your heat;
- Serve it while it is still hot. You can serve with some greased cheese and parsley.
