Spaghetti with mushrooms


















Prep time: 15 minutes      Cook time: 25 minutes    Total: 40 minutes   Servings: 3




Ingredients
1 medium chopped onion;
2 chopped garlic cloves;
1 tablespoon of olive oil;
3 teacups of water;
2 tablespoons of oil;
100 g of chopped bacon;
1 fresh diced tomato;
100g of chopped mushrooms;
Greased cheese (optional);
200g of pasta spaghetti;
½ teaspoon of nutmeg powder;
3 tablespoons of water;
1 teaspoons of basil powder;
½ teaspoon of pepper powder;
Black olives (optional);
Salt;
Parsley;


Preparation
  1. In one pot put the water and let it boil with a pinch of salt and olive oil;
  2. Put your spaghetti and mix it so that it cannot stick. Let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes and then take off the water;
  3. In one pan put the oil, let it heat in a low-medium level;
  4. Add your chopped onion and fry for 3 minutes. Add bacon and also fry for 3 minutes;
  5. Join your mushrooms to the pan and mix it;
  6. After 2 minutes put your garlic and tomato. Let it cook for 3 minutes;
  7. Pour 3 tablespoons of water and add pepper powder, nutmeg, basil and salt, mix it. Let it cook for 2 minutes and turn off your heat;
  8. Serve it while it is still hot. You can serve with some greased cheese, parsley and pieces of black olives.

Ingredients Dough: 1 cup Water; 1 cup All- purpose flour; 1/2 tbsp Butter; 1 Lemon peel; Salt. Filling: 3 tbsp Canned corn; 3 tbsp Diced carrots; 3 tbsp Sliced mushrooms; 3 tbsp Sliced Olives; 3 tbsp Diced onions; 1 tbspButter; 1 cup Milk; 2 tbsp Flour; Parsley; Salt; Pepper.
