Ingredients
1 teacup of all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon of caster sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (optional)
Pinch of salt
½ teacup of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
3 tablespoons of yogurt
1 tablespoon of oil
1 egg
1 banana
Honey (optional)
Preparation
- In one big bowl make a dry mixture. Put baking powder, all-purpose flour, salt, sugar and cinnamon;
- In another bowl mix an egg beaten with milk and yogurt;
- After that pour the liquids into the dry mixture bowl and whisk with a fork;
- Add the oil and to finalize smash half of your banana and to your mix;
- Prepare your pan and heat in a medium level. Melt the butter in it just once;
- Start frying your pancakes, put 2 tablespoons of your mixture in the pan and let it cook for 3 minutes. Note that you have to cook 1:30 minutes each side;
- Serve your pancakes with some honey at the top and some pieces of another half of your banana.
Note:
*Do not overmix your mixture;
**Do not fry your pancakes is a high heat;
***You can serve with some granola also.
