Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients:
400g Beef tenderloin;
1 tsp Beef seasoning;
1/2 tsp Dried thyme;
1 tsp Fresh parsley (chopped);
1 clove Garlic;
1 tsp Sugar;
1/2 tbsp Lemon;
Salt;
Pepper;
Olive oil.
Preparation:
1. Season the beef with all of the ingredients except for the sugar.
2. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a sauce pan with olive oil on medium-high heat.
4. Now add the sugar to both sides of the beef.
5. Place the beef on the pan and close the lid for about 2 minutes.
6. Turn it over and close the lid for about 2 minutes again.
7. Remove from heat, but leave the beef in the pan still.
8. Let it rest in the pan for about 5 minutes.
9. Serve and enjoy!
