- 2 eggs;
- ½ teaspoon of oregano
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper;
- 2 mushrooms;
- Olive-oil;
- Pinch of salt (optional).
Directions:
- Wash your mushrooms properly and slice them;
- In a frying-pan add a bit of olive-oil and put it in a medium-low heat;
- Chop the garlic and join it to the olive-oil and mix it for 30 seconds;
- Add the mushrooms with salt and let it fry for 2 to 3 minutes;
- Meanwhile broke eggs in one bowl, put oregano and black pepper and mix it;
- Turn it out and at the same frying-pan put our egg's mixture and let it start frying;
- Carefully put the mushroom and let it fry a little bit more;
- Fold the omelette in half with a spatula and serve it;
- Add some herbs on the top (optional).
