Garlic omelette with mushroom





Prep: 5 minutes      Cooking: 5 minutes      Total: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs;
  • ½ teaspoon of oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper;
  • 2 mushrooms;
  • Olive-oil;
  • Pinch of salt (optional).
Directions:
  1. Wash your mushrooms properly and slice them;
  2. In a frying-pan add a bit of olive-oil and put it in a medium-low heat;
  3. Chop the garlic and join it to the olive-oil and mix it for 30 seconds;
  4. Add the mushrooms with salt and let it fry for 2 to 3 minutes;
  5. Meanwhile broke eggs in one bowl, put oregano and black pepper and mix it;
  6. Turn it out and at the same frying-pan put our egg's mixture and let it start frying;
  7. Carefully put the mushroom and let it fry a little bit more;
  8. Fold the omelette in half with a spatula and serve it;
  9.  Add some herbs on the top (optional).
