Ingredients
1 egg white;
1 teacup of water;
90 grams of dark chocolate;
3 tablespoons of condensed milk;
2 tablespoons of white cream;
1 teaspoon of butter;
1 teaspoon of greased chocolate;
Chantilly;
Preparation
- In one pan put a teacup of water and let it boil in medium-high heat. In a heatproof bowl add butter add diced chocolate. Set this bowl in the water and let the chocolate melt while you mix it with a spoon;
- Once is melted take the bowl out and add condensed milk and white cream;
- In another bowl beat an egg white until peak. Pick half of it and put on the chocolate bowl;
- Mix it slowly after that put another half and do the same;
- Now it is time to place your mixture into small cups and in the freezer for 2 or 3 hours to let it set;
- When it is time to serve you can decorate with some chantilly at the top and greased chocolate.
Note:
*After put the egg white into the chocolate mixture do not overmix;
** If you don't want to serve your chocolate mousse at the same day just put it in the freezer.
