Ingredients
1 teacup of Rice (properly washed);
Oregano;
2 cloves;
2 teacups of hot water;
1 teaspoon of salt;
Pepper.
Preparation
1. In a pan add the rice, water, cloves and salt. Mix it slowly and put on a medium heat for 12 minutes;
2. Again mix it slowly and if the water starts disappearing decrease the heat level to minimum until the rice gets al dente;
3. With a fork slightly mix the rice so that it can desintegrate. Once is done pour some pepper and oregano at the top.

Notes:
* For each teacup of rice you use 2 teacups of water;
** As a suggestion you can serve this rice with some chickpea curry.
