Frying pan Pizza






















Ingredients
Dough
1 1/2 teacups of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teacup of warm milk or water
1 teaspoon of salt


Filling
125 grams of shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Edam)
1 chopped tomato
2 units of sausage
75 grams of chopped bacon
4 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of oil
1 small sliced onion
2 smashed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of melted butter
A pinch of salt
Oregano
Basil





Preparation
Dough
  1. In one bowl mix the milk with salt and melted butter;
  2. Add your flour and mix it well with a wooden spoon until it forms a dough;
  3. Use your hands to knead the dough and let it rest for at least 10 minutes;
  4. With a roll open your dough making a rounded shape.
Topping
  1. In a pan put one tablespoon of oil and add your smashed garlic;
  2. Let it fry in a medium-low heat for 30 seconds (Do not let it burn);
  3. Add your tomato, with a pinch of salt and mix it;
  4. Pour your tomato pasta and let it cook for 3 minutes;
  5. Reserve this sauce at a recipient and at the same pan fry your sausages and bacon in a medium-low heat;
  6. After that take a frying pan put melted butter, spread it and put your dough. Let it cook for about 4 to 5 minutes in one side. Always medium-low heat;
  7. Turn it and spread your sauce in the cooked side, put the sausages and bacon, the onion slices, put the shredded cheese, oregano and close your frying pan;
  8. Let the other side cook while your cheese melts and after that sprinkle some basil leaves;
  9. Enjoy your meal!!!


Notes:
* Instead of making this dough, you can buy a dough at the supermarket;
** You can also open a dough with your hands if you do not have the roll;
***You can always use any filling that you want, just use your imagination and creativity. Use chorizo, mushrooms, chicken, olives, etc.

Ingredients Dough: 1 cup Water; 1 cup All- purpose flour; 1/2 tbsp Butter; 1 Lemon peel; Salt. Ingredients Dough: 1 cup Flour; 1/4 cup Hot water; Salt; Vegetable oil. Filling: 4 tbsp Diced onions; 125g Ground pork; Parsley; Meat seasoning of choice; Garlic powder; Olive oil; Salt; Pepper. Glue: Flour; Water. Preparation Dough: 1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt together and then add water, little by little. You might need more or less water, depending on the temperature in your kitchen. 2. Work the dough for about 5 minutes until it starts to become hard. 3.
