Ingredients
1 egg
1 smashed garlic clove
2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
1½ teacups of leftover mashed potatoes
½ teacup of flour
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Parsley
Preparation
- In a bowl add an egg beaten with salt, pepper and oregano. Mix it with a spoon and put your garlic;
- Add flour to the mixture and make flat circles in your hand;
- Heat a pan in a medium level and put one of the circles in it. Let both sides be brown place them in a plate;
- Repeat the same process with the rest;
- Put the yoghurt at the top and parsley. Serve it while it is still hot.
Note:
* You can add any seasoning to this mixture. Just be creative.
