Ingredients
275 grams of puff pastry
3 apples
3 tablespoons of caster sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons of flour
1 egg beaten

- Take a tray, put parchment paper at the top and preheat the oven at 190⁰ C;
- In a pan unpeel the apples and dice them. Add the sugar and cinnamon and let it cook for 4 minute in a low-medium heat;
- You will see your mixing releasing some water so you have to add flour to reduce that, and let it cook until it absorbs at least 50% of the water;
- Cut the puff pastry into small but equal shapes;
- Take one piece of it and put the apple pieces at the top but avoid to put to much of the sauce on it. Cover it with puff pastry;
- With a fork press the sides to make the puff pastry's pieces stick together. Place the pastries in a tray with parchment paper and brush it some egg to make them shine;
- Take a knife and make a short cross at the top and let it cook for 18 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
