Ingredients
2 big diced tomatoes
4 bread slices
A pinch of salt;
Pepper powder
Olive oil
4 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Basil powder or fresh
Preparation
- Preheat your oven at 170⁰ C;
- In one tray put a little bit of olive oil, butter or parchment paper and place your slices;
- In each slice, spread a little bit of olive oil and reserve;
- In one small bowl put the diced tomatoes, season it with salt and pepper and mix it. Spread the tomato into the bread slices and finalize with a touch of chees;
- Put in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes and sprinkle the basil on the top. Serve it hot and enjoy your meal!
