Ingredients
½ Cup of rolled oats½ Cup of milk
¼ Cup of natural yogurt
1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
1 Tablespoon of honey
2 Tablespoons of diced strawberries + more whole ones for decorating
1 Teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
1. Dice the strawberries and set aside;
2. Pour the oats into a mason jar or a cup and add the milk, yogurt, honey, chia seeds, diced strawberries and cinnamon if desired.

3. Mix together all of the ingredients and allow to refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
