Ingredients
2 teacups of hot water
1 teacup of Fusilli tricolor pasta
2 smashed garlic cloves
1 small chopped onion
2 tablespoons of oil
½ teaspoon of pepper powder
¼ teacup of water
½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 teacup of milk
1 small sliced carrot
Pepper slices (optional)
Parsley
Oregano
½ Broth cube
Shredded cheese
1 small can of tuna
Preparation
- In one pan put your hot water with the pasta and salt. Let it cook for about 8 minutes;
- In another pan put oil with the onion and pepper powder. Mix it and let it fry in a medium heat;
- Put your smashed garlic with the carrots and let it fry for 30 seconds;
- Put ¼ teacup of water and after that put the broth cube with a little bit of salt. Let it cook for 2 minutes;
- Put your cooked pasta (without the water) inside this pan and mix it properly;
- On a teacup of milk put the cinnamon and oregano, mix it and pour this milk in the pan. Let it start boiling and put the pepper;
- After 2 minutes add the tuna and mix it;
- Serve this with shredded cheese and parsley at the top.
