Fusilli Tricolore with Tuna




Preparation time: 3 minutes 
Cooking Time: 12 minutes  
Total: 15 minutes     
Servings: 3

Ingredients 
2 teacups of hot water
1 teacup of Fusilli tricolor pasta
2 smashed garlic cloves
1 small chopped onion
2 tablespoons of oil
½ teaspoon of pepper powder
¼ teacup of water
½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 teacup of milk
1 small sliced carrot
Pepper slices (optional)
Parsley
Oregano
½ Broth cube
Shredded cheese
1 small can of tuna



Preparation 

  1. In one pan put your hot water with the pasta and salt. Let it cook for about 8 minutes;
  2. In another pan put oil with the onion and pepper powder. Mix it and let it fry in a medium heat;
  3. Put your smashed garlic with the carrots and let it fry for 30 seconds;
  4. Put ¼ teacup of water and after that put the broth cube with a little bit of salt. Let it cook for 2 minutes;
  5. Put your cooked pasta (without the water) inside this pan and mix it properly;
  6. On a teacup of milk put the cinnamon and oregano, mix it and pour this milk in the pan. Let it start boiling and put the pepper;
  7. After 2 minutes add the tuna and mix it;
  8. Serve this with shredded cheese and parsley at the top.

Pork Samosas

Ingredients Dough: 1 cup Flour; 1/4 cup Hot water; Salt; Vegetable oil. Filling: 4 tbsp Diced onions; 125g Ground pork; Parsley; Meat seasoning of choice; Garlic powder; Olive oil; Salt; Pepper.
